Picture perfect weddings….

After 10 days of constant weather-checking (and assurances from the lovely James Green of  James Green Studio that even with rain, we would get lovely images still!) the sun was actually shining on the morning of our photoshoot.

The Tennyson Suite was a hive of activity from early doors, with Vincent & Stubbs (accompanied by their humongous, beautiful beast of a dog, Moses) creating an explosion of colour, with flowers strewn everywhere as they magicked up dozens of glorious arrangements.  Hair (by Kirby Blythe) and make up (by Charlotte Fenty) was all a go in front of the large Tennyson Suite gilded mirrors, and Anna Straw, the shoot stylist was busy creating ‘Parisian Chic’ in the room, including beautiful wedding stationery by Lisa Jayne Creative and cakes by Oscar’s Cakes.  ‘Cagney & Lacey’ marketing duo for the hotel – Mel & Lindsay – were dishing out coffees at a rate of knots, with a wary eye on the sky outside!

Once the (sickeningly stunning) models, Jaye, Jake & Charlotte were dressed to impress, with some assistance from Louth Bridal Boutique owner Naomi, in walked James Green, our faithful photographer, and it was all systems go!

It was lovely to show off the Tennyson Suite in all its glory, as well as getting lots of stunning images in and around the landscaped gardens and pond…we even had the chance to get some images in our brand new pergola, primed and ready for outdoor wedding ceremonies – our third outside wedding location, no less.  And all without a single drop of rain!

Here a few images to give you an idea of what we got up to, and more importantly, give you an idea of how your Brackenborough wedding could look….
